Who is Louby?

I am a Learning and Development Specialist at Respawn Entertainment, where I lead training initiatives for Quality Verification & Standards (QVS). With two years at EA/Respawn and a background in education, I design and implement comprehensive training programs that equip new hires across multiple QVS roles with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a fast-paced, AAA game development environment.

Wearing multiple hats as an instructional designer, project manager, subject matter expert, and training lead, I create structured onboarding materials, develop process documentation, and optimize learning pathways to enhance team efficiency. My work ensures that employees—from QA testers to other critical QVS roles—not only understand QA methodologies, tools, and workflows but also integrate seamlessly into Respawn’s unique development culture.

Beyond training, I leverage my experience in curriculum design, process improvement, and team development to support continuous learning initiatives within QVS. Whether crafting interactive training modules, refining workflows, or mentoring new hires, my goal is to build a learning ecosystem that empowers all QVS team members to elevate game quality and contribute meaningfully to Respawn’s success.
